Well, you've seen a cartwheel, so I don't think you need me to demonstrate it. Basically, you're gonna lunge with your dominant foot, keep your back leg straight, and then put your hands on the ground and kick both legs into the air.

It's a little harder to do it one slow step at a time, though.
